Alexander leads the origination and property division at HS Capital Ventures. His background in project management, as both a developer and lender, gives him deep insight into borrowers' needs, allowing him to structure solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements.

Michal heads the legal and compliance functions at HSCV. Holding both a law degree and a master’s, he has extensive expertise in structuring loans with a focus on regulatory compliance. His collaborative work with solicitors ensures every loan is legally secure and aligns with both client and lender needs.

Edward has held senior board roles in a number of large property companies. He was Director of Property at Tesco as well
as being a director of Arlington Securities. Edward brings an important level of board experience and risk assessment to
